The registration fee includes:
- workshop kit
- welcome reception
- coffee breaks
- lunch meals
- conference dinner
- visit to DESY
All payment has to be made in advance in EURO. We accept the following payment methods:
- online by credit card
- offline by bank transfer
When making your online registration you will be directed to a secure payment gateway.
If you decide to make your credit card payment not together with your registration please use the secure transaction link that will be sent to you in a seperate e-mail after having registered (email: payment details for conference e-payment)
Credit cards accepted are: VISA and Master Card
Please note that all charges for bank transfer have to be paid by the participant.
The following information also has to be indicated:
- reason of payment: DIPAC2011
- full name of participant(s) for whom payment is being made
- name of organization/affiliation
Admission to the conference is granted only upon receipt of the registration fee. Delegates who have made late payments should bring a proof of payment to the conference on registration.
Changes / Cancellation of registration and refunds
Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the Organizing Secretariat: DIPAC2011@desy.de
If a written cancellation notice is received until April 01, 2011 (Early Registration Deadline), the registration fee will be refunded, minus 20% for administrative expenses. No refund can be made for cancellations after April 01, 2011.
