Poster Presentations

The Poster Sessions will be located in the upper deck at hatchway 4 (Luke 4). They will take place on Monday afternoon (16 May) and Tuesday afternoon (17 May).

Poster Size
The poster must not exceed an ISO paper size of A0 Portrait in order to fit onto the poster board.
ISO A0 dimensions are 841 mm x 1189 mm or 33.1 in x 46.8 in.

Poster-ID
All contributions to the conference will have a program code whereby the first two letters correspond to the day of presentation, Monday, Tuesday (i.e. MO, TU). The third will give the type of representation, with P indicating a poster presentation.Each poster board is numbered with a Poster-ID corresponding to the program code.

Mounting the Posters
Posters for Monday (Session D, 16:00-19:00) should be mounted during the lunch break, so they can be visited throughout the afternoon. Posters for Tuesday afternoon (15:10-17:30) should be mounted at the start of the lunch interval. Posters must be manned throughout the entire session and removed immediately after the end of the session.
All necessary material for poster display (pins, etc) will be provided by the conference organizers.

Authors are reminded that papers, where the corresponding poster is not presented at the workshop, will be excluded from the Proceedings. Furthermore, the Program Committee reserves the right to refuse for publication work not properly presented in the poster sessions.

Presenting a Poster in the Proceedings
If you like your poster presented in the conference proceedings please convert the source file of your poster, e.g. the PowerPoint file to PDF and name the file following our naming convention - Paper-ID_poster.pdf, e.g. if your Paper-ID is MOPD99 name the file MOPD99_poster.pdf. In the file-upload menu select “Poster” as the file type.
