Paper Status Board

What happens after a paper has been submitted?

A monitor will be placed at a prominent location on the Cap San Diego to show the processing status of all submitted papers online. Authors can also check their paper status if they log in to their workshop account. All Paper-IDs will be marked with green, yellow or red dots.

  • green dot A green dot means that a paper has been accepted.

  • yellow dot A yellow dot means the author should contact the secretariat to proofread his paper, because changes or corrections have been made on the original WORD or LaTeX file.
  • red dot A red dot means a problem occured. In that case the author should contact the secretariat immediately to see one of the editors. Maybe a file is missing or is corrupt and the paper cannot be processed.
